Merlijn - 2024 tours zijn live!

Lieve vrienden,

Met veel plezier lanceren we al onze reizen voor 2024!!

Voor onze nieuwe vrienden: Wij zijn Coen & Cristina, Kapiteins, managers, chef-kok en trotse eigenaren van het cruiseschip 'Merlijn'. Met Merlijn fiets, vaar en cruise je door heel Europa.

Voor seizoen 2024 staat er veel moois op de agenda. We hebben een gevarieerd programma dat zich uitstrekt over Nederland, België, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Luxemburg en Polen!

Traditiegetrouw starten we het seizoen in april in Amsterdam met de succesvolle Holland Tulip tour, vanwege de populariteit hebben we meer afvaarten gepland dan ooit tevoren. Hierna blijven we nog wat langer in Nederland met een paar uitstapjes naar Brugge in België, en dan via Noord-Nederland de grens over naar Duitsland. Daar varen we door alle hoeken en gaten van het land en alle mogelijke rivieren en kanalen! Fiets- & vaartochten op de Rijn, Moezel en Saar ontbreken natuurlijk niet!

U zult merken dat we in 2024 meer tijd zullen nemen voor ons thuisland, dit vanwege de vele aanvragen van gasten voor andere routes in Nederland. Naast de Tulpentocht kunt u nu ook de Texel- en Hanzeroute boeken.

Tenslotte; alle routes langs de Moezel zijn ook 9 dagen geworden in plaats van 8, meer afwisseling en meer tijd om te genieten! We kijken ernaar uit u aan boord te verwelkomen!

De tours voor 2024 staan ​​nu live en je kunt er meer over ontdekken op onze website. U zult zien dat er al meerdere reizen zijn geboekt door een groep of reisbureau, wilt u het gehele schip zelf charteren dan kunnen wij kijken naar de mogelijkheden voor 2025. Indien uw gewenste reis al geboekt is door een reisbureau, stuur ons dan een mail zodat we kunnen zien met wie het is en of ze nog kamers vrij hebben.

Ludwigsburg naar Mainz

September 26 - Oktober 03 / 2024

Gary and I just returned from Germany on Oct. 6. Although we spent some time on our own after we disembarked. The highlight was, without question, our time with the Merlijn. It was so evident that folks have worked very hard to put together a top notch, flawless adventure. Everything was considered and brought to life. It could not have been an easy journey from buying to boat to first clients boarding. I'm sure you must have been full of apprehension. However, rest assured you have succeeded in every possible way. We couldn't have been more comfortable if we had been at home. You have the unique ability to attract nothing but the finest and most personable and professional employees. All of that starts at the top and is reflected throughout. Christina, the food was amazing! Totally Gourmet! Thank you so much for accommodating my very small appetite. It's such a waste to leave food. We thoroughly enjoyed our guide, Thomas. He was fun and resourceful and when a "plan B" was required, he was able to cheerfully switch directions and make that fun too. We found that most endearing. Bruno is an amazing in so many ways. His knowledge of Wine (Port, in particular) is unsurpassed. Unfortunately the unsung hero's are those that we were unable to interact with. The rooms were clean and well cared for. Our laundry was beautifully done - complete with socks matched. The boat overall was impeccable! Dare I mention the Wine Tour in Nierstein? It is our recommendation that Werner Conin should be a keeper for your future tours. His humility and passion brought tears to my eyes. May he never lose those traits. We enjoyed a bottle of his wine on our Thanksgiving and it was very well received by our guests. I just wish I could have impressed upon our guests how lovely a man he is. Gary and I want to thank you for totally 5 star vacation complete with 5 star guests. We sincerely hope to return in the next few years and once again, share in your beautiful adventures.
