Our club has traveled on about 20 B&B trips including with the former owners of the Merlijn. The Taste of Eastern Europe B&B was one trip that stands out. We had an incredible opportunity to bike from Vienna, Austria, to Budapest, Hungary, following the scenic Danube River through Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary. Every mile offered breathtaking views, charming villages, and unforgettable experiences. Our journey ended in the magnificent city of Budapest, where our barge was docked directly across from the stunning Parliament buildingtruly one of the most beautiful cityscapes in the world. The Merlijn has truly elevated the experience with luxurious accommodations, spacious suites, gourmet meals, and an outstanding staff who made our adventure even more memorable. What a fantastic way to explore Europeby bike, by yacht, and with wonderful friends!
